Crickhowell gets a Welsh folk music treat

The opening night of the 27th Crickhowell Music Festival is a celebration of Welsh folk music at the Clarence Hall on Friday, 28 April, featuring Angharad Jenkins and Patrick Rimes, well known names in the Welsh folk scene and founders of the much vaunted group, Calan.

AAODS – Performing great shows for local audiences!

The Clarence Hall is home to a wide range of organisations that utilise its facilities for a variety of events.  In this feature we look at AAODS, Abergavenny Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society, who are performing ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ at the Clarence Hall on 19-22 April.
