Phoenix “raised us up” at Abergavenny Eisteddfod

Clarence Hall regular Cantorion Phoenix recently gave an outstanding performance at Abergavenny Eisteddfod, performing a range of pieces including “You raise me up”, “The Rose” and “As long as I have music”.

AAODS registration for Elf Jr!

Following the recent success of Little Shop of Horrors, AAODS are delighted to announce that registration for juniors to join for their next production of Elf Jr is on Monday, 10 July.

An amazing Annie!

Congratulations to Theatre Workshop Monmouthshire on their recent production of “Annie JR” at the Clarence Hall.  It was an absolute delight to experience the energy and enthusiasm that everyone brought to the show.

Living with Dementia

Living with Dementia Crickhowell is a local society set up and run by Suzan and Mike Alderton.  Over the past few years it has raised over £40,000 in support of dementia charities and local dementia projects. On Saturday, 15 July, we’re delighted that their next fundraising venture is being held at the Clarence Hall.

Volunteers’ Week 2023

2023 marks the 39th year of Volunteers’ Week (1-7 June), when thousands of charities and voluntary organisations recognise the contribution volunteers make across the UK.
