An evening with Mick Herron
Posted: 23rd September 2025Earlier in the week, the Clarence Hall was packed for a thoroughly engaging evening with Mick Herron, in an event hosted by the award-winning local indie bookshop, BOOK-ISH.
We were delighted to welcome the number one bestselling and award-winning novelist and short story writer, best known for his Slough House thrillers. The occasion marked the publication of Clown Town, the ninth novel in the series that has become an international sensation and an award-winning TV drama starring Gary Oldman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Jack Lowden.
