Community Chair Exercise

WEDNESDAY AT 11.30 TILL 12.30.

THIS IS AN EXCITING WAY OF IMPROVING FITNESS WITHOUT ANY STRAIN. OUR TRAINER LEWIS GIVES INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION TO ALL OUR FITNESS NEEDS AND HELPS US ALONG THIS HALF HOUR SESSION TO SEE HOW WE CAN IMPROVE OUR POSTURE AND GENERAL WELL BEING. EVERYONE OF ALL AGES IS WELCOME AND IT IS A GOOD TIME FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO DO SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT AND THEN HAVE A CUP OF COFFEE FOR A SHORT WHILE. TAKE THE PLUNGE COME TO THE CLARENCE HALL NEXT WEDNESDAY. A WARM WELCOME AWAITS YOU.
