PLANS TO CREATE NEW OFFICES/BUSINESS UNITS AT THE CLARENCE HALL GET THE GO-AHEAD
Five new business units are to be created at Crickhowell’s Clarence Hall under a scheme which was approved last week by the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority.
The house adjoining Crickhowell’s Clarence Hall will be converted into a business hub, complete with communal kitchen, shower, WCs and WIFI and will be suitable as office accommodation or other suitable business uses.
Chair of the Clarence Hall Trustees, Dean Christy, said: “We are delighted that the plans have been approved. Not only will the new units provide a steady and sustainable income for the Hall into the future, they will also provide a much-needed affordable opportunity for small businesses to have a presence in the centre of Crickhowell, recently named as having the Best High Street in Great Britain. Anyone interested in renting a unit should get in touch as soon as possible via the Clarence Hall email firstname.lastname@example.org, as we anticipate they will be in high demand.”
