Celebrating Community and Song
Posted: 20th June 2025Clarence Hall will resound with music once again on Thursday, 3 July, as Crickhowell Choral Society presents a special concert, held in collaboration with Crick Voices – an inspiring initiative that brings together young singers from the local area.
Crick Voices is a vocal transition project which draws in children from Crickhowell High School’s feeder primary schools, encouraging them to explore their voices, build confidence and take part in the rich musical life of their future secondary school.
The upcoming concert not only showcases the talents of the established Choral Society, but is an excellent example of intergenerational collaboration – experienced singers standing side by side with young voices, united in a shared love of music.
Whether you’re a long-time supporter of Crickhowell Choral Society or simply curious to hear what the future of local choral singing sounds like, this promises to be an uplifting evening.
Admission is free, with a retiring collection. Come and celebrate the rich musical talent of our community – all are welcome!
