April at the Clarence Hall

Posted: 2nd April 2026

April brings a varied programme to the Clarence Hall, with live music, community events and opportunities to come together throughout the month.

Music features prominently, with Seven Wonders – The Spirit of Fleetwood Mac bringing a well-loved catalogue of songs to Crickhowell in what promises to be a memorable evening. Crickhowell Rotary’s Concert for Crick offers a fundraising night of live music in support of local causes.

The month also includes the popular Vintage & Makers Market, organised by Mischievous Cow Events, which fills the Hall with stalls showcasing crafts and vintage finds, and offers plenty of tempting treats from Smith & John’s Tea Room.

Alongside these one-off events, the Hall continues to host a range of regular activities. Dance Beats lessons and Cantorion Phoenix rehearsals continue, together with the monthly meeting of the U3A, our regular Bingo night, ESOL lessons and various community meetings.

The Hall will also be welcoming a number of private celebrations throughout April, reflecting its role as a space for marking special occasions as well as public events.

Crickhowell Volunteer Bureau continues to run a wide and welcoming programme of activities, including Chess Club, Knit & Natter, Memory Lane Club, Line Dancing, The Painting Room, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Flower Arranging and their much-valued Luncheon Club — all offering opportunities to meet others, learn new skills and stay connected.

With a rich mix of music, entertainment and community activity, there’s plenty happening throughout April at the Clarence Hall.  We look forward to welcoming you through the door!
