Christmas Fair & Santa’s Grotto
Posted: 15th November 2024Crickhowell Volunteer Bureau is set to host its annual Christmas Fair on Saturday, 30 November, offering a day filled with festive activities for the whole family.
Event Schedule:
9:30am: Santa’s grand arrival in Crickhowell Town.
10:00am – 3:00pm: Santa’s Grotto at the Market Hall.
10:00am – 4:00pm: Christmas Fair at the Clarence Hall, featuring a variety of craft stalls and refreshments.
10:00am – 3:00pm: Christmas jewellery making at The Crystal Shop in Latte-da, with items starting from £8.
11:00am – 3:00pm: Gingerbread decorating at The Dragon Inn.
3:00pm: Join Santa as he leads a procession from his grotto to Crickhowell Castle for carols with Cantorion Phoenix community choir.
Additional Activities:
Participate in a Reindeer Hunt by finding all nine of Santa’s reindeer hidden in shops around Crickhowell. Starter sheets and prizes are available at the Clarence Hall.
Live Performances at the Clarence Hall:
10:30am: Crickhowell Community Band
11:30am: Uskulele Band
12:30pm: Piano Orchestra South Wales
2:00pm: Black Mountains Recorders
This event aims to raise funds for Crickhowell Volunteer Bureau, supporting their ongoing community initiatives. We’re so grateful for the community’s support and look forward to celebrating the festive season together.
