Commemorating VE Day 80 in Crickhowell
Posted: 24th February 2025Join us at the Clarence Hall on Friday, 9 May, for a day of remembrance and celebration as we mark 80 years since VE Day.
The commemorations begin in the afternoon with an Afternoon Tea from 3pm to 5pm, hosted by Clarence Hall and Crickhowell Volunteer Bureau. This is an opportunity to reflect on the significance of Victory in Europe Day while enjoying refreshments in good company. Admission is free, but booking is essential. In the evening, the celebrations continue with a VE Party from 7.30pm. Universal Translators and Noted will provide live music for an evening of entertainment. A licensed bar and food will be available and entry is free for all ages. Everyone is welcome.
