Crickhowell Rotary Duck Race 2023
Posted: 21st August 2023This year, four local charities will benefit from the annual Crickhowell Rotary Duck Race Draw 2023: Crickhowell Volunteer Bureau, Crickhowell Football Club, Powys Young Carers and Cancer Research Wales – Crickhowell Branch.
The initiative is led by two very important ducks – ‘Malvin the Mallard’ and ‘Tilly the Teal’ who have joined forces with local organisations to raise funds for community good causes and Rotary Charities on a 50:50 basis. Malvin and Tilly invite you to buy a Duck at £5 each and to choose one of the four nominated causes as the co-beneficiary. The other half of the donation will go to the Rotary Charity Fund which is distributed largely among local organisations.
