Dowlais support Cancer Research
Posted: 13th December 2025The Clarence Hall was full last night as Dowlais Male Choir and soloists performed in support of Cancer Research Wales. Under the direction of Darya Brill-Williams, the choir presented a varied programme that brought warmth and a sense of the season as Christmas approaches.
Cancer Research Wales is dedicated to transforming the lives of cancer patients across Wales, funding vital research, treatment and support services. Events such as this play an important role in helping to raise both funds and awareness, and the generous response from the audience reflected the strength of that shared commitment.
Congratulations to the Crickhowell Organising Committee for another well-supported event and thanks to everyone who contributed to an evening that combined music with a very worthy cause.
