Welsh Charities Week
Posted: 9th February 2026Welsh Charities Week is back, taking place this year in its new annual home, the second week of February. The week is about recognising the work of charities, social enterprises, voluntary organisations and community and volunteer groups in Wales.
Welsh Charities Week embraces small grassroots organisations as well as larger, household-name charities, who together run hundreds of activities across the country. The contribution of volunteers is often unseen and unrecognised by many, visible only through the incredible impact of their volunteering. Taking the time during this week to celebrate the efforts of our volunteers and all they contribute to local communities has never been more important.
The Clarence Hall is fortunate to have a talented team of Trustees and other volunteers who generously give their time to support us in so many ways. Without their assistance, the Hall would not be in the position it is today – we’re so grateful to you all!
